You can certainly go through your day from beginning to end concerned about how much you don’t have.
How there’s not enough time, energy, money, and resources to do everything that you wish to.
How there’s not enough freedom, because you are limited in this way or that.
That’s one choice.
The alternative, of course, is the opposite.
Every time that you catch yourself in the above scarcity mindset, you can completely flip it upside-down on its head.
You can reframe it in terms of how much you do have.
You do have, if you are reading this blog, plenty of time, money, resources, and freedom to accomplish much more than 95% of the people on Earth do, and exponentially more than your relatives and ancestors did before you.
You might just find that you have more than enough.
