Some people ask me, Matt, why isn’t this weight-loss plan working?
Then, when we explore, we uncover that they are not actually following the plan.
The truth of the matter is that most of the time, the questioner already knew this in advance.
However the hope still remained that somehow, they could either place the responsibility for making change elsewhere (on me, or the program, or both), or, that they could still enjoy complete freedom without any discipline, and get the same results which discipline fosters.
However, that’s not the way it works.
Every good plan works, when you stick to it.
