Last week I didn’t manage my time so well.
So in order to get on top of that this week, I doubled the amount of time I normally invest in my Monday morning workout, from 45 minutes to 90 minutes.
I’ve written many times about how less is more, and it is.
But sometimes, more is also more.
For me, today and this week are about mindset, about getting it right.
No sacrifices. Only what is needed, what works. What brings results.
Sure, I woke up earlier to make that happen. I went to be earlier too.
Getting your mind, body, and spirit in order are not to be sacrificed.
I’ll get more done at work by doing more for myself, not less.
