If you have negative, ruminating thoughts, here’s a tip to ‘get them out of your head’:

Stop what you’re doing, sit down and take out a pencil and paper. Or, use your computer.

Make five minutes to write them all out.

That may sound like a lot of work, or a waste of time, but, how many minutes have you been spending thinking the same things over, and over, and over … without getting anywhere?
