Structure & Organization

Structure and organization are not the same thing.

For example, in your life, you might be a very organized person, but at the same time, you could also lack structure.

They’re both skills which you can develop.

Being organized includes being able to correctly identify the proper action steps needed, keeping information concise and accessible, etc.

Being structured means following a certain process, and also not straying from that process (too much), because doing so leads to inconsistency and broken promises.

You’ll need both in order to succeed.
