‘Listen to your heart’ is not just a cheese 80’s song lyric.
In traditional Western schools, this topic is simply not discussed.
It’s all about studying for what’s on the test, and compliance.
Except, that’s not the way to move through life.
You can do both: you can make a career and follow your heart.
You don’t have to make a career out of following someone else’s dream or program.
This is really unavoidable, because if you do spend a large portion of your life climbing up someone else’s ladder, at some point, you’re going to become consciously aware of the fact that the ladder is on the wrong wall.
A great place to start is to take some time every day to be still and honest with yourself.
From there, anything is possible.
