Movement IS Medicine

Trust me, I know from experience.

In fact I stopped moving for a few years, and as each month went by during that dark period of my life, my health and vitality progressively grew worse and worse, to the point where I didn’t even want to live any more.

Conversely, ever since I brought movement back into my life about ten years ago, I have consistently increased my vitality every year, to the point where I feel physically younger each year.

I went straight into high intensity training, but, you don’t have to. Brisk walking for thirty minutes a day, three times per week, is a great place to start.

The modality is not nearly as important as simply getting your heart and blood pumping.

That’s it.

It doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive.

It just has to be done.
