You have now.

It is not morbid to treat each day as if it might be your last, or to treat each interaction as if it that one might be the last time you ever saw the other person again.

In fact, it’s quite beautiful. It offers a release from what’s not important, and pushes you to focus on what is.

What matters is what you do now, not what you think about doing or saying later.

The truth is that later never comes. Later is always later.

You have now, and that’s it.
