There’s something wrong with the way we eat.
Good food shouldn’t be grown, made, and transported wastefully all over the country, only for much of it to be wasted, rather than make it to the plates many who need it.
Those who can access and afford good food shouldn’t continue to be persuaded and addicted to buying bad food.
Typically I don’t use the words ‘good, bad, and should’, as they are all judgemental.
But today I’m being a bit judgy.
We need to change.
Food can change everything.
Working outwardly, good food choices will change our personal, communal, and global health.
More good news: I don’t have to tell you what good food choices are; you already know.
