I’ve written many times before about how no one diet works for everyone.
So it might seem paradoxical that right now, I’m Coaching a very strict dietary program.
Except, it’s not.
Because it’s not intended for you to be on the super-strict program forever.
But at some point, somehow, when your body is full of junk, and you’ve been eating haphazardly for perhaps years, and you have a lot of weight to lose, and you really don’t know how to eat correctly for your body, then you have to try something different.
You need some guidance as well along the way.
And so by eliminating, temporarily, processed sugars, refined oils, and other things, you can give your body a break, and allow it to reset itself.
Once you get back to baseline, then, we can start to talk about exactly which foods work best for you.
But you have to get back to baseline first.
