What If You Just Stopped?

What if, instead of trying to squeeze in one more thing, instead of pressuring yourself to be as productive as possible by doing as much as humanly possible in a given time frame, the next time you felt like following this path, you did nothing at all?

What if you just said ‘no’? ‘No, I will not try to keep up this pace for twenty-four hours each day.’

What if you stopped for an hour, or even half and hour, or even ten minutes, to just be still? What if you did that right in the middle of a busy work day, right in your office?
