Those thoughts you have, they’re normal.
Sometimes it does seem like everyone is blaming you, or like no one understands you, or that everyone is expecting too much of you, or that you can’t catch a break …
Those are totally normal.
But, they’re not true.
They’re not true because they’re just thoughts. You are the one who created them.
That doesn’t mean they are not powerful – they are. In fact, think them too much, and you will make them come true.
But the truth is that they are simply thoughts, not the whole reality of what is actually going on.
Think them, because you cannot turn them off. Let them be, and then let them go.
