Today, approximately a decade after I began seriously strength training, I am as physically strong as I have ever been in my life. (I’m forty-one.)
Here’s the cool part:
Physically, it’s just the beginning, as I am about to embark on the next decade, the next level of strength training, taking all that I have learned, good and bad, and fusing it together.
But that’s just one layer.
It has taken a fair bit of mental and emotional training to arrive here, to be ready for this next phase, and now, the door is open.
Where exactly it will go, I don’t know.
All I know is that it is somewhere powerful.
