The Hard Part

You might think that it’s ‘not so easy’ to sit still and meditate for twenty minutes in the morning, resisting the temptation to jump into all of the many other things that you need to do.

But actually, that’s the easy part.

The hard part is to carry that stillness, that awareness, or, whatever you find while meditating, with you for the rest of the day, while you’re interacting with everything else that you need to do, and everyone else that you meet.
