Making Energy Happen

I’m often asked ‘how I have so much energy’, or, ‘how I have the energy to exercise so much’?

Well, they go hand in hand.

If I didn’t workout regularly (3-5 days per week, at least), then I wouldn’t have nearly as much energy the rest of the day, or, in general.

And, as I’ve said before, getting your body moving is a great way to get your mind right for the rest of the day.

So even if you’re a little tired, or under the weather, or ‘just not feeling it’, remember that your energy flourishes best when it’s nourished properly, and regularly.

Of course, this doesn’t mean that every workout should leave you incapacitated on the floor.

But it does need to happen if raising your overall vitality is your goal.
