Expanding a bit on yesterday’s post, another way to frame the split, the inner battle, the opposition of the desires and fears for life and death, is that they are in fact no different at all.
Perhaps they are not opposed, not pitched against one another, and there is no battle.
Perhaps they are in fact one, part of the same energy, both opposite and the same at the same time.
This seems most likely to me, as, you of course cannot have one without the other. They are one force, from one source.
This could mean, if you agree, that there is nothing to fear or crave at all.
Just something to experience, as fully as possible.
