The Real Hard Work

I invest a lot of time into taking care of my body, via both my training and nutrition, not just so that I can look and feel great, but more importantly, so that I can invest even more time into developing my heart and soul.

My body is temporary. It’s on loan. Physically I will do everything I can to be here for as long as I possibly can, but as tome point my body will naturally go back to where it came from: the source.

It’s not my body that will ‘live on’.

What will live on, what will be my legacy, is who I love, and how I love them.

It’s that simple.

Simple, but not easy.

Loving well (personally; professionally; in all aspects) takes hard work too.

Much harder than any trip to the gym.
