I’m not scared of my Shadow.
When I was younger, I used to be.
These days, when my Shadow comes out, I’m able to recognize him quickly.
Sometimes I even keep a lookout for him ahead of time, when I know I’m heading into a tense situation, day, or week.
Your Shadow is that side that wants to lash out in anger, or undermine that project you’re working on … he or she will do anything to stop you from making positive progress.
He’s a part of you, yes, but he’s not the whole.
He’s not to be ignored or feared.
He’s merely pointing at something that needs fixing or healing.
He’s directing you towards an inward opportunity for growth.
