If you’ve got something weighing on your mind which you know you need to deal with later, like say, a big case or project at work, this can feel like a very heavy burden, and even make it difficult to enjoy non-work activities, such as family time.
But I’ll offer you an alternative.
If you allow the fact that you’ve still got a bunch of work to do tomorrow predominantly bother you today, then you’re doubling the workload by engaging in it for two whole days, instead of just one.
That’s not very efficient, is it?
