If you have one lamppost nearby, you probably have two.
They’re probably about 40 or 50 yards away from each other, depending on your neighborhood.
If you have that, you can sprint from one to the other, and then jog back.
You can do that ten times. After a quick warm up, plus perhaps some squat, lunges, and pushup, and you’ve just completed a killer workout in a very short time.
