Just eat whatever you feel like eating.
Could it be that simple?
Yes, it could.
But as I’ve said many times before, ‘simple’ does not mean ‘easy’.
‘What you feel like eating’ means ‘what your body actually needs and craves’, which, with practice you can sense and feel.
‘What you feel like eating’ does not mean whatever temptation or emotion you might be feeling right now.
Those two things are very different.
But the good news is that you actually can, in practice, eat whatever you truly feel like eating.
It’s getting to the truth that’s the hard part.
