The Shift

These are tough times for many of us.

Forced into isolation. Forced to pivot our businesses. Forced to make cuts. Forced to deal with illness, fear, uncertainty, or worse.

I haven’t written very much about the pandemic but I will say this:

In several ways, our current pandemic is only accelerating the inevitable shift that was already in motion for us.

We were not going to be able to stay complacent in various systems (financial, health care, educational, economic, large & small scale) forever.

So it’s up to us – no, up to you – to either embrace, or resist this shift.

Except resisting what is inevitable is futile.

How can you embrace such change?

By becoming more nimble, more open, more prepared, and more invaluable.
