The whole ‘meat VS no meat’ debate is a trap. Don’t fall into it.
It’s not about eating meat, or plants, or being labeled a Vegan, or Carnivore, or Omnivore, or otherwise.
Of course if you want to argue all of that, by all means, go ahead.
You won’t find the ‘answer’ because there isn’t one. That’s the trap.
Sometimes meat is good for you. Sometimes it’s not.
Sometimes plants are good for you. Sometimes they’re not.
What matters more that any of that is the quality and quantity of the foods you choose.
