When it comes to accountability, you have a choice to make.
You can either handle it alone, on your own, or not.
Whether we’re talking about small habits, big goals, or anything in between, what works best for you will vary. For some things, you won’t need an accountability partner.
But for things are are not working well, or moving forward as you might have dreamed or hoped them to, consider asking someone else for help.
Once you announce your intention to accomplish something, set a date for it, a way to measure it, and agree to check in with another person on your progress, simply engaging in that process alone can be enough to bring about the change you seek.
