Self Sabotage

If you’re anything like me, you’ll find every possible way to sabotage yourself.

For example, I’ve got a few good projects going on that I’m excited about; they show some promise to bring results.

So what do I do? I push myself into three nights in a row of watching movies until really late at night (actually, early in the morning), greatly reducing my sleep, which leads to a whole bunch of problems.

It would be more correct to say ‘I allow my Resistance to push me’, instead of ‘I push myself’.

The Resistance it a part of me, but, it’s not the whole thing.

It can be fought, and overcome.

It must.
