“Enjoy Every Breath.”

I heard this little, powerful phrase during my morning meditation the other day.

It’s actually taken out of context here but, no matter.

When is the last time you actually enjoyed even one breath?

If you consider that seriously, and make the effort to practice as often as you can remember to do so, that alone could be enough to change everything.

It might sound something like this:

“Yes, I will enjoy this breath. I will let the miracle that it is bring me joy. The mere fact that my body can move air in and out from my body in a constant dance with the universe is amazing, and puts most or all of my other concerns in perspective.”
