It’s always playing in the background, whether you notice it, or not.
Always.
No matter how angry, or happy you might find yourself at any given moment.
Encapsulating it all is the constant, never ending drumbeat of the universe.
What does this mean?
It means that most of the things we experience in ‘normal’ life are probably more temporary and less impactful on the overall scheme of things than we make them out to be.
It means that we tend to take ourselves far too seriously.
It means that we think we know a lot more than we actually know.
And it also means that the more we can be aware of this, the more profoundly we will be able appreciate the amazing miracles all around us, and the better we can manage ourselves during trying times.
