I’m often asked, “where do I get my energy from?”
First, as I’ve mentioned before, it comes from inside of me (and, you).
But also, there are things I do which energize me, or, perhaps phrased more correctly, support optimal energy and vitality.
Some are more ‘uniform’ that apply to everyone, and which I talk about on this blog often, such as diet, movement, and rest.
But others, or, the modalities for those, vary widely.
You might be surprised to know that writing this blog is something that energizes me, for example.
It is the first thing I do every morning, usually before meditiation and exercise.
It helps to get my creative juices flowing, to get my mind working, and to keep me going.
For you, it may not be writing a daily blog, but, some form of creative expression and play is important.
What did you like to do when you were a kid?
That’s usually a good place to start, if you’re not sure where.
