What I Don’t Know

I don’t know everything about health, strength, and nutrition. In fact, the more I learn, the more I realize I don’t know.

That’s a good thing – be wary of anyone who tells you the opposite.

One of my favorite quotes:

“… when one acquires a bit of new information, there are many new questions that are generated by it, and each new piece of information breeds five or ten new questions. These questions pile up at a much faster rate than does the accumulated information. The more one knows, therefore, the greater his level of ignorance.”

Instead, my approach is simple: I can walk you through everything that I have already been through, but, really, no further than that.

Beyond that point, we would either be walking it together for the first time, or, I should be directing you to another guide.

That’s why I turn down some potential clients, which, is not a negative thing at all. It has to be the right fit for both; I have to be the Coach that can lead them.

Thank you for reading. I’ll keep expanding my knowledge, and awareness of what I don’t know, as quickly as I can, so that I can take you as far as possible.
