Here’s why I don’t really care that much about your weight on the scale, or what your BMI is:
Those numbers don’t tell me how fit and healthy you are.
If you’re 5″10 and 175 pounds, how much of that 175 pounds is muscle?
What is the shape of your body? Do you have a strong back and shoulders, with a slim waist? Or a soft, round waist with weak arms and legs?
Can you move? Correctly? Can you squat, throw, run, jump, twist, and pick up heavy objects?
How you look, feel, and perform is far more important to me.
