Because if you’re not really sure why you want to do this, or who you are doing it for, then you’re not going to have the inner motivation necessary when it comes time to put in the work.
Sure, you will at the beginning, but, what about in the middle, when it’s really tough?
When the novelty of ‘the new’ program wears off?
When it’s cold outside, or when you’re stressed out with work?
The difficult days will come, and, it’s your ‘why’ that helps push through those.
