Here’s a good idea that I heard from John Berardi and his colleagues at the Coalition of Health and Fitness Leaders:
Take a few moments to grieve, and write down everything that this coronavirus pandemic has done to you. Write down what you’ve lost, how you’ve been injured or stressed, etc.
Next step: burn that piece of paper.
Then take a few moments to write down everything that this coronavirus pandemic has done for you. What has it given you more time for? Who have you connected more deeply with? Etc.
Keep that piece of paper.
