Holding Your Breath?

Obviously there are many rumors and tons of misinformation floating around out there right now. It’s usually not created with bad intentions, but, you must question everything these days.

One seemingly harmless one that I heard was ‘if you can hold your breath for ten seconds, then you’re safe; you don’t have the coronavirus’.

OK not only does that not make any sense medically, you should be able to hold your breath for more than ten seconds.

When I meditate, and take a long deep inhale, followed by a pause, and then a long slow exhale, with my belly expanding on the inhale, just the inhale portion alone takes me ten seconds.
