You might find yourself up late at night ‘thinking about everything’.
When is this going to be over? What if I have to close my business, or I lose my job? When will school start again? (And so forth.)
After a while, you arrive at the point where you start asking the same questions, or playing out the same scenarios, over and over again.
My question for you is, once you’ve completed that cycle of ‘thinking about everything’, why not try opening yourself to to thinking about things that you don’t normally think about, and haven’t considered yet.
Things such as:
What can I change about myself? My relationships? Who needs my help right now? How can I help them?
Those are the things that will help you move forward.
