Walking The Talk

I’m constantly amazed at the differences in people’s physical and energetic bodies.

When you walk around a healthy food show, for example, which I do often, you’ll encounter a myriad of people selling ‘healthy’ foods (some may or may not be), yet who look sick, out of shape, or worse.

If you want to know how to be healthy, it’s best to follow a healthy example, rather than to just take anyone’s advice.

On the other hand, I occasionally bump into someone who is equally as vibrant and vital as I am, and perhaps who shows even more achieved potential.

Those are the people that almost certainly have something I want to learn from, or buy.

The body that you walk around in shows us how you live.

When you walk the talk, others will listen.
