Like most things in nature, the human body is extremely resilient.
The farther you push its ‘limits’, the more it responds to the call of action.
I’ve been tracking this lately using my WHOOP, and, in addition to evidence displayed by the way I look, feel, and perform in the gym, there are biological markers that support this.
Now, of course, you’ll want to do this practically. You don’t begin with a marathon if you can’t run a mile. (Just an analogy, I don’t even like long-distance running.)
But, to continue with that analogy, there’s no reason you have to stop at 26.2 miles.
Most people aren’t even close to knowing what they are physically capable of.
Limits are only a representation of where you were yesterday. Not what you can do today.
