Having a clean diet requires a fair amount of discipline and commitment.
You’ve got to invest time and money into proper shopping, cooking, cleanup, and food preparation.
You’ve got to prioritize cooking over less important things, like watching TV.
Sometimes, you have to sacrifice things that aren’t as easy to give up as a TV show as well.
If you don’t live alone, i.e. you have a family, this practice is a lot easier if your family is on-board with the process, and the goal. So, recruit allies to be on your team.
As Jocko says, “Discipline equals freedom.”
The more discipline you practice with your food, the more freedom you earn, and can ‘cash in on’, when needed.
