The Diet Box

If you have to use Google to search for foods that you ‘are allowed’ to eat, then, you might be stuck inside of a diet box.

Of course, if you’re stuck inside of a diet box for a short-term, or specific medical reason, such as: an elemental diet, or, a fungus removal protocol, that makes sense.

Even in those situations, the long-term goal is generally re-introduction of as wide a variety of foods as possible, under proper guidance.

Outside of those situations, it is far less likely that you need to be in a box.

If a food doesn’t make you feel good, don’t eat it. I don’t eat wheat, quinoa, or too much grain in general for these reasons.

But if it does, why wouldn’t you eat it?
