Don’t worry, if you’re getting stuck at about 10 or 15, you’re not alone.
That’s where most people are at these days, unfortunately.
But do not take solace in what’s ‘normal’. Do not stand for the status quo. Do not settle for average.
In this case, being average leads to poorer health, possibly even sickness or disease.
Adding new foods is one of the easiest ways to invest in yourself.
Just pick 1 or 2 every trip to the supermarket, and watch your list, and your energy level, grow.
