One of the reasons I joke around so often is because the alternative, to be serious most of the time, can be detrimental to your health.
In fact if I have any chance of reaching my goal of living to 120 and being able to do a push-up, then, keeping my stress levels low for the next 80 years might even be more important than my diet & exercise choices.
