Yesterday I was just messing around on the sideline of my kid’s indoor football practice, not even doing any actual exercises as I usually do – just having some fun kicking, shooting, and throwing around a few balls.
When I got home I noticed that my exercise tracker registered a cardiovascular strain score as high as a normal, programmed workout!
If your goal is to become the best version of yourself, then the time to work (or play) at it is all the time.
