The best thing you can do with any diet that you’re trying to assess is to try it.
Now, let’s get a little more clear: ‘try it’ does not mean stick to it for life, nor does it mean to pass final judgement on it after 10, 20, 30, or 60 days.
On the other hand, if you try it with an open mind, and an open heart, then you can be open to taking away from it whatever pieces work best for you, even if that’s not necessarily the whole thing, or what anyone else is doing.
