Sometimes I just eat one food for dinner, such as a piece of chicken, a bowl of soup, some pasta, or even a mug of bone broth.
It’s not always necessary to have all of the macros represented on your plate, or to cook an elaborate meal.
I don’t find it boring at all.
I would much rather eat something simple and good that I made in advance, saving time and money in the process, rather than stressing or eating out.
