You can make a little game for yourself out of this today:
See if you can accept everything that frustrates you as exactly what you need in that moment.
If you keep yourself open to this, to truly, unconditionally accepting these things, then:
- You’ll start to laugh more at how silly some of them are;
- You’ll start to better, more meaningful ways to deal with them, and the people around you;
- You’ll be in much better touch with your own mental / emotional self.
It might be a little bit difficult at first, and, you won’t always be successful at it.
But it’s not a game. It’s the truth.
