I tend to overeat, it’s one of my personal food ‘weaknesses’.
By weakness, I mean something that I know I shouldn’t do, but I do it anyway, over and over again.
No matter how much amazing food is in front of me, I do not posses the ability to process it faster.
I like to ‘earn’ my food, meaning that I make sure I’m highly active.
But sometimes I just need to stop eating for awhile, and skip a meal, to let my body do its job.
Your digestive system doesn’t really know why you chose to eat so much.
It just has to figure out a way to deal with it all, and it can only work so fast.
If there are certain indulgences that you have when it comes to food, or drink, that might not have to change at all.
Instead, the thing to change might simply be how your treat your recovery afterwards.
