There really is nothing to debate about it: feeling constantly expected to respond instantly to every inbound message is definitely not good for your mental, physical, or spiritual health.

Yesterday’s post about this topic seems to have disturbed a few people, perhaps because the truth cuts deep.

I was representing an opportunity for you to take control of this in a positive way.

You don’t have to follow my exact process, but the point is that there can be balance struck between the two: the actual need to be responsive, and the actual need to be focused on one thing at a time.
