I’ve been tracking my rest & recovery lately, and I have been very surprised to find out how that actually works inside your body.
For example, I don’t stay out late and go drinking very often, but, I recently had some friends in from out of town, and, that’s what we did.
I didn’t drink a lot; just two beers, in fact. But I was awake until about 2 AM (as opposed to my usual 9 PM bedtime).
It took my body four whole days to recover and get back to ‘baseline’ state.
I’ve been using this device, it’s pretty cool.
