Enjoying Stories

Yesterday I spoke with you about limiting stories, but, those aren’t the only kind.

Of course there is the ‘opposite’, empowering stories. But that’s not what I was going after today.

When was the last time you told, or listened to, a really good story?

Like, a good, old-fashioned, youthful, story? Perhaps around children, perhaps around grown-ups.

Stories are also fun and enjoyable. They are engaging.

Books, movies, shows, plays, and other media do this (sometimes).

If you haven’t been enjoying any stories at all, or you can’t remember when the last time was that you did, then, that’s something to look more closely at.

Enjoying stories (or, lack of the ability to) directly affects your health.
