I try not to view foods or diets as ‘good’ or ‘bad’.
Rather, I try to see them for what the are, or what they are not.
And, if I’m not sure, then, I’ll learn.
Will this (food or diet) make me feel good today, or long-term?
Is this actually a food?
Will it help me accomplish my goals and dreams?
Those are the right questions to ask. Not ‘does person ‘x’ (be that person a celebrity, athlete, doctor, or other) say that it’s good for me?’
