Internal Work

Just because you’re happy on the outside, doesn’t mean that you are on the inside.

Like two sides of the same coin, we cannot spend our lives working only on external appearances, and avoiding internal development.

In fact, when you have the courage to look inwards, you build up the strength & power to ‘glow’ from the inside out, in a way that surpasses any superficial gloss you could possibly muster.

That internal work, the work of examining your fears, dreams, emotions, and vulnerabilities, isn’t as sexy as a quick diet, fast car, or fancy pair of shoes.

But it does work and, paradoxically, it also opens the door to more external pleasure along the way.
